90jale Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement governing the use of the 90jale platform and all related services ("Services"). When you create an account on 90jale or use the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to abide by them.

1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions carry specific meanings:

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your 90jale account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately. 90jale is not responsible for any loss resulting from sharing your login details with others.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If any of your personal details change after registration, please update them on the platform or notify our support team as soon as possible. Outdated or incorrect information may cause delays in the withdrawal process.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account with no activity for 365 consecutive days or more may be marked as inactive. An administrative fee may apply to the balance of an inactive account. Contact our support team to reactivate it.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit on 90jale is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Once a deposit is approved, it is generally reflected in your account within a few minutes.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Verification Process

For security purposes, 90jale may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. You may be required to provide your national identity card or other relevant documents. Any delay in document verification may also delay the withdrawal process.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 90jale platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means you must wager an amount equal to 20 times the bonus before the bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

The 90jale VIP program has 5 tiers, with weekly cashback benefits at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — Up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Gold — Up to 0.9% cashback per week
• Platinum — Up to 1.2% cashback per week
• Diamond — Up to 1.5% cashback per week

You can move up to higher VIP tiers through regular play and maintaining an active account.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, false information, or any other fraudulent means, the account will be cancelled and all bonuses will be forfeited.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid only once confirmation is received from the platform. In the case of a bet left uncertain due to a technical issue, 90jale's decision will be considered final.

6.2 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits are set for different games and events and are displayed on each game's page. 90jale reserves the right to change bet limits for any account at any time.

6.3 Incomplete Games

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault, 90jale will make a decision based on available information. In such cases, the bet may be cancelled and the user's stake returned.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 90jale platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using another person's identity documents or information.
• Coordinated betting with the intent to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Unauthorised interference with or attempting to hack the platform's software or systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Using fraudulent tactics against other players.
• Using third-party bots or automated software to place bets.
• Using the platform for any political or harmful purpose.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

90jale strives to keep its services uninterrupted and error-free, however temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, server upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. 90jale does not accept liability for any financial loss in such situations.

8.2 Third-Party Content

The 90jale platform includes content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming). 90jale is not directly responsible for faults in games or services from these providers, but will assist in resolving issues.

8.3 Internet Connection

10.2 Closure by the User
